Getting started
Noumento reads the sources you connect and organises what it finds, so the AI assistant you already use can ask it about your work.
How it works
-
Connect your sources.
Noumento connects to Slack, Microsoft 365 (Teams and Outlook mail), Granola and Notion.
Each source has its own guide: Slack, Microsoft 365, Granola and Notion.
-
Review and share.
What Noumento finds in your sources starts private, visible in Noumento only to you and the assistants you connect. It reaches your team’s record only when you share it, or when you’ve set where it came from to share automatically.
On the This week page you decide whether to Share or Keep private.

Which topics Noumento keeps out is in Sensitive topics.
-
Ask your assistant.
Connect Claude Desktop or ChatGPT on the Your assistant page, then ask it about your work.
Noumento answers your assistant from your own private record and your team’s record, and nothing else.
The steps for each assistant are in Connecting your assistant, and what to expect from answers is in Asking questions.
Setting up Noumento for your team
If you’re the first person from your team, start here.
-
Request access.
Tell us about your team on the request access page.
We read every request, and approved teams start with a free 14-day trial. If your request is approved, you get an email inviting you to sign in, and you join as your team’s admin.
-
Sign in.
You sign in with Google, or with an email address and password.
Setup then walks you through the rest: connect a first source, choose what Noumento may read, watch the first read, connect your assistant and invite your teammates.
Using Microsoft 365? Your organisation’s IT administrator may need to approve Noumento once before anyone can connect it. The Sources page gives you a link to send them.
-
Your trial.
The app’s sidebar shows your trial’s last day.
When a trial ends, Noumento stops collecting new data. Everything already collected stays available, and you can keep asking about it. The privacy policy says how long it stays after that.
Pricing is agreed after the trial.
-
Invite your team.
On the Members page, choose Invite people and add their email addresses.
Each person gets an email inviting them to sign in, and joins as a member unless you make them an admin. Admins manage the Team and Members pages.
No member’s assistant can read another member’s private record.

Joining a team you’ve been invited to

Accept the invitation.

Connect your sources.
Setup walks you through it. On the Sources page, connect the tools you work in, then open each one to choose its channels, folders or Notion areas.
Noumento connects with your own access, so it sees only what you can already see.
-
Connect your assistant.
On the Your assistant page, follow the steps for Claude Desktop or ChatGPT.
