Granola
Before you start
You need a Granola Business or Enterprise plan to make an API key. On Enterprise, a workspace admin may first have to turn on API access for members.
In the Granola desktop app, go to Settings, then Connectors, then API keys. Create a new key with Personal notes, then paste it on the Sources page next to Granola.
Then choose which Granola folders Noumento reads, and whether it reads meetings that aren’t in a folder.
What Noumento reads
In Granola it reads only the transcripts of meetings in the folders a member chooses, and of meetings not in a folder if they choose those too; it does not keep Granola’s AI summaries or private notes.
The connectors only read: they do not post, send, edit or delete anything in your tools.
How far back, and how often
When you first connect Granola, Noumento reads the transcripts of meetings from about the last 30 days. After that, it checks for new meetings about every two hours.
If you delete something in Granola
Deleting a meeting in Granola does not remove what Noumento has already read from it.
Disconnecting
On the Sources page, choose Disconnect next to Granola.
Disconnecting a source stops Noumento reading it and deletes the stored credential, unless another of the member’s connections still uses it.
Disconnecting a source does not delete what Noumento has already read from it.
Disconnecting Granola in Noumento does not revoke your Granola API key.
To revoke the key, go to Settings, then Connectors, then API keys in Granola, and choose Revoke next to it.
If your admin turns a source off
Your team’s admin can turn a source off for the whole team. While it is off, Noumento reads nothing new from it.
