Notion

Before you start

On the Sources page, choose Connect next to Notion. In Notion’s screen, search for the pages to share. Ticking a teamspace shares everything in it.

You can connect one Notion workspace. To switch to another, disconnect Notion, then connect again.

Then open Notion on the Sources page and choose how each area is shared.

What Noumento reads

In Notion it reads only the pages a member picks on Notion’s own screen and the pages beneath them, and only once they have chosen how each area is shared.

Noumento does not read comments in Notion, or the contents of files added to Notion pages.

The connectors only read: they do not post, send, edit or delete anything in your tools.

How far back, and how often

When you first connect Notion, Noumento reads every page in each area you’ve chosen how to share, however old. After that, it checks for changed pages about every two hours.

Disconnecting

On the Sources page, choose Disconnect next to Notion.

Disconnecting a source stops Noumento reading it and deletes the stored credential, unless another of the member’s connections still uses it.

Disconnecting a source does not delete what Noumento has already read from it.

When you disconnect Notion, Noumento asks Notion to end its access, unless another of your connections still uses it.

If your admin turns a source off

Your team’s admin can turn a source off for the whole team. While it is off, Noumento reads nothing new from it.
